Harry Potter

Saw Harry Potter this week. I don’t read the books so I don’t have any of that it isn’t as good as the books stuff hanging over my head. I must say that i did thoroughly enjoy the movie. The character building was much more present in this movie than any of the others and it was quite hilarious at points. When a movie series trying to be dark takes such an odd turn from the status quo it can be kind of refreshing. It reminds me of Star Trek IV when they took a turn to humour.
The actor who plays the evil police chief in Hot Fuzz is in the movie and plays an excellent role. I kept leaning over to Sue and saying “Chunky Monkey!” whenever he was on the screen.
If you remember being a teenager this movie goes out of its way to remind you of how akward it was. Quite well too. A few situations reminded me of my own life. Anyways, go see the movie. It’s good.
